# sadly these restaurants are now closed

Of course there are also those restaurants on Oceania Cruises where we usually do eat several times a year:
La Reserve (24-seat tasting restaurant with wine pairing) - Marina & Riviera only
Toscana (Italian) - all ships
Polo Grill (steak & lobster) - all ships
Jacques (French) - Marina & Riviera only
Red Ginger (Asian) - Marina & Riviera only

OK but PRICEY
USA: Le Bernardin - New York City
Cyprus: Basiliko - Hotel Anassa, Polis
Spain: El Olivo - Hotel Residencia, Deia, Mallorca

DUFF (or very poor value-for-money)
France: Atlantic Hotel - Wimereux
Italy/Veneto: Gritti Palace - Venice
Singapore: Japanese restaurant - Hotel Intercontinental
described as minimalist, which is certainly a good description for the servings of wine that accompany the Tasting menu.
